5. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
CAMINOS DE ANDALUCÍA, S.L. informs users that, to proceed with the processing of personal data of children under 14 years, the consent of parents, guardians or those who hold parental authority of the minor will be required.
Therefore, when a minor participates in any race, or in general in any event organized by CAMINOS DE ANDALUCÍA, SL. or its collaborators, it will be necessary to provide data identifying the parents, guardians or those who hold parental authority for the sole purpose of obtaining the necessary consent. CAMINOS DE ANDALUCÍA, S.L. reserves the right to require the family book or any other document that determines parentage, guardian status or in general parental authority over the child.

- In addition to the above, we inform you that, if you participate in sporting events organized by CAMINOS DE ANDALUCÍA, S.L., your name, surname, bib number and photograph may be disseminated through the official website of the event, its social networks, collaborating entities, as well as the media.
- If you choose the option, we will disclose your bib number, name, email and phone number so that the event photographer can contact you with photos of the event attended.
- In addition, provided you have given your consent, we may disclose your personal information to our sponsors and marketing partners to enable them to market their products or services and measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns, promotions and sponsorships or for other marketing purposes.
- You are informed that your data will be transferred to the country where the event will take place. CAMINOS DE ANDALUCÍA, SL undertakes to comply with the guarantees established in the RPGD.
9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In relation to the images captured during the celebration of the event, we inform you that you may revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. As a result, you may request not to appear, you or the minor you represent, in photographs or group images celebrating sporting events, in which case photographs or images in which the person concerned appears will not be used, or the photograph will be subjected to a procedure that does not allow its identification.
