The official registration period will open on January 10, 2025 and will end on May 5, 2025 inclusive or when the registration limit of 250 participants has been reached.

Only participants who complete the web form provided by the organization available at info@desafioandalucia.com and pay the corresponding fee according to the periods described above will be considered duly registered.

Each participant will be free to choose the accommodation he/she wants according to his/her possibilities and tastes, the hotel offer in Andalusia is very wide and diverse. However, we offer the services of an agency that can take care of the management of the reservations.

Apart from the hotels offered by the agency, we recommend Camping El Cortijo in Ronda and Camping La Aldea in El Rocio, where you can share cabins at a very good price.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

The organization will decide at its discretion how many riders may register per stage.

The fee for the processing of the one-day license for non-federated runners will be 12 euros per person per day.

Once the registration period is closed, from May 5, participants may register on an exceptional basis according to availability of places, which, in any case, will be limited. These registrations have an additional penalty to the current price, being 40 euros + vat the price per stage. For the management of these registrations, the interested party should contact the organization in advance, through the e-mail info@desafioandalucia.com.

The registration fee is not refunded if the participant is disqualified or drops out of the competition.

The registration fees for ALL stages include:
- Right to participate in the race.
- Numbered badge for the bicycle and race bib.
- Finisher medal (if applicable)
- Runner's bag.
- Liquid and solid supplies during the stage.
- Medical assistance along the route.
- Technical service at the start and finish.
- Lunch.
- Changing rooms, toilets and showers
- Broom vehicle
- Timing and live tracking.
- Transport service for participants returning from the last stage (El Rocio) to the first (Almeria). * A link to a bicycle shipping service to the destination of your choice will be added later, which is not included in the registration fee*.
- Mechanic service and bike guard at each stage.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations (registration) must be requested via email to the following email address info@desafioandalucia.com and carry the penalties specified below:

* Cancellations requested up to and including 9/04/2025 (at 11:59 p.m.): 50% PENALTY on the amount of the cancelled service. 50% will be paid

* Cancellations requested after 10/04/2025 (at 00:00 h) will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZING COMPANY

In the event of cancellation due to any cause of force majeure by the organizing company, the amount will be refunded to participants who request it or, as a second option, leave the amount on deposit for the completion of the race in the year 2026.
