The 2nd stage runs along the north face of the Sierra Nevada, through the region of Marquesado del Zenete and arrives in Granada following the course of the Darro River, which will lead us to the very neighborhood of Sacromonte.....
We will leave Granada through the Vega del Río Genil in the direction of Alhama de Granada, a beautiful village on a spectacular gorge, famous for its thermal waters.....
From Alhama we will cross old stony roads in the direction of Zafarraya to reach Antequera, center of Andalusia and old crossroads, where its lofty Alcazaba and its famous Torcal.... awaits us.
From Antequera, through small mountain villages full of charm, we will arrive in Ronda, one of the jewels of Andalusia, with its famous Tajo from which you can see the majesty of the Sierra.....
From Ronda we will cross the entire Grazalema massif, along the route of the white villages, a tough but beautiful mountain stage that will take us to Arcos de la Frontera with its spectacular gorge over the Guadalete River .....
In Arcos we will begin to flatten out through the countryside of Jerez, land of good wines and good horses, until we reach Sanlúcar de Barrameda following the course of the old Guadalquivir.....
We will cross the river by barge through the fishing district of Bajoguía and enter Doñana, cycling along 34 kms of virgin beach to Matalascañas, and from there to our final destination, El Rocío .....
